For me, this week of intentional solitude has been revelatory. My primary practice has been meditating on Acts 17:24-31. So for our solitude post today I want to share that with you.
First: Turn off your phone, rid yourself of all distractions, find a comfortable space
Second: Listen to the meditation with your eyes closed
Third: Read the scripture for yourself. Ask God for revelation and presence through the Scripture
Fourth: Breathe and remember that God is in our very breath. That is to say, you’re never alone, and you never will be.
